Exam,yes a nightmare for everyone but we can’t avoid this and this is a truth too.And especially when it comes to have a good life further from your one final exam , this is the time when you are expected to put all your efforts not only by your parents or your relatives but also from your inner side because as you know this one exam can get you to your dream place….it may be a college or a school……So ya here I am talking about board exams for which you get goosebumps even 3 months earlier from the date.So come on lets jump to the topic.

Before starting I would like to thank you people for all your love and support you always show to me and it is because of you only that I am here stealing a weekend for this blog especially as I got to know that boards exams are going on and students are facing an extreme pressure on them . So basically I will be today talking about how to be stress free or how to manage your stress while your preparation period . Let’s start.
1.Have a balance .
Yaayy !!! Maintaining a balance is one of those step keys that you will get to listen more often and what I actually mean by this is…you know what I used to do….I used to spend half of my night during my board exams on social media and sometimes even the whole night,2-3 hours on listening to music,videos and after that the very next morning I used to panic about all my unread-ed stuff . So when we know that study is the only option left with us at this point of time so why not do it with full efficiency by maintaining a balance between the time you spend on social media,music,you tube,talking to friends and time you give to your studies instead of panicking at the last moment which is a common problem with everyone but left unseen by everyone 🙂
2. Keep on taking something healthy .
We have been hearing this since our childhood ” You think what you eat ” . And yes food is an important constituent of whatever we are today on our mental level as well as on physical level . So try taking healthy stuff at a particular interval as this will keep your mind fresh and active which is necessary for your studies . As if you are studying for 1 hour go have an apple or some fruits….come back in 10 min and get back to study again before having your proper meal try studying for a bit more hours….have a proper meal…take a short walk anywhere like on your terrace and again follow your schedule.It will help flush out unnecessary negative thoughts and will keep your body active as well as brain.
3.Take a good hours of sleep .
Yes , Study is important….yes,We have always been told that sacrificing today’s sleep will give you lifetime luxury . But one fact that we cannot deny is sleep is as much important as study. If we keep on studying without having required amount of sleep our efficiency of understanding things will reduce and so we won’t be able to focus or memorize things easily . It will make you grumpy even.So take at least 7-8 hours of sleep .
4.Keep Distance from Negative Things or People.
Having a personal experience I have a hearty request to all you people to please maintain distance from these negative shitty people who will keep on telling you your limits….who will keep on reminding you that you can’t do it with silly reasons like this is so tough….not as easy as you are taking it . This is the most sensitive period and this time when you need a source of encouragement rather someone or something which demotivates you . So be quite mindful about your surroundings.
5.Take short breaks.
Yeah…we gotta study a lot . Syllabus is vast and time is too less but the solution to this problem doesn’t lies in studying for hours and messing up your mind in return with unnecessary stuff. Study for less time and keep on taking breaks after every particular interval of time which is quite important for the relaxation of your brain for an efficient working .
6.Choose quality over quantity.
Yes..we have less time and we gotta choose those sources(books,guidance,you tube etc ) which have a quality matter helpful for what you need not what you want . You will get ample of sources nowadays but be smart enough to choose your cup of tea. Don’t be a blind follower.Follow a simple rule….choose what suits you well .
7. Follow : Read,Revise and Practice .
This is the one thing which I didn’t do and yet regretting over it . Don’t read thousand books….just read selected ones and revise and keep on practicing it. Biggest mistake I committed and because of that left with a few marks . Learning from others mistakes can be a wise thing ya !!
8. Follow inspiring sources if need .
If you are a kind of person who get negative very soon then don’t be a victim of it . Fight with your own weaknesses and try reaching the victory . Watch some videos which will help motivating you . This can be one of the factors which keeps you going .People will say that these will have no effect on you and your mind but don’t listen to them as I have biggest testimonials of that ….. people turning themselves by these kinda help so sure go for it.
