a girl’s mood in just one second.So how does it actually feels like to be called beautiful….gorgeous and
something like that ? And does it actually takes for you to be gorgeous everyday…..ya of course a marvelous
dress,well make up,waxed body and top of the all a healthy skin . Why so …..because if you have healthy
glowing skin then trust me you don’t need a harsh trace of make up to look beautiful.So this post is
gonna be all about a healthy skin care .
AGAIN a very warm welcome everyone to The Wild Pedia,a hub for youngsters . Today we are again be
discussing a topic quite close to reality…..i.e every girl’s daily problems . But before I start let me Thank you
all who have supported me throughout this journey . Your love and support to my blog is the reason why I put

Guys,when to comes to looks,beauty…every body gets quite serious about it as nowadays its a serious matter
of concern to everyone. If I talk about myself then let me tell you I am a kind of person who likes to explore
at everything I am interested in whether its fashion,beauty,love or other. So ya from my personal experience….let
me add this…I am big believer that a healthy,fresh,glowing and hydrated skin is a next level of make up .
And especially when you are a kind of person who are fond of no make up look or obsessed with natural
beauty . So ya let’s start with the points.
Water is the key element or key solution to most of the health problems….you might have heard it and ya it is so damn true . Drink water at least 8 glasses every day. It will help you stay hydrated and your skin will blemish from inside . It’s always a good idea to start your day with 2 glasses of hot water. Water not only adds glow to your skin but also purifies your skin making it more clear and radiant and ya hydration is of course its one of the important effects . Else than keeping your skin healthy it has more benefits like weight loss,low chance cardiac crash,active feel,purifying your blood and etc . So ya its a must must must habit if you are looking for a healthy skin .
Physical activity is an important point when it comes to health .And everybody knows that working out helps in the smooth circulation of blood which further gives a glossy shine to our face..it adds glow to our skin. And how does it work ? The more you sweat….the more impurities will get flushed out from your body and which will further give you an inner glow . So ya I would say get yourself involved in physical activities….running,workout or something.
As we know proper sleep is a necessary thing for your mental as well as physical fitness it is equally important for our skin . Lack of sleep can actually make you look irritated and your face dull . And that actually can’t be compensated by any makeup if you are compromising with your sleep.Sleep is also necessary for our mental health so ya take a sufficient amount of sleep of 7-8 hours for a healthy glowing skin .
Have you heard about the word ‘lit-from-inside’ ? Lemon is that thing which can actually give you this effect . Read the diet routine of any model or actress you will get to know they start their day with lemon in lukewarm water . And from my personal experience I can tell you you will feel the difference in just few days . You can use lemon in any homemade face pack it will even help in the reduction of pimples on your face . So ya lemon is the thing which actually make a visible effect.
Honey is the ingredient which will be found in any hydrating face packs or creme . It actually helps in adding moisture to your skin…..Your skin will give an aqua glow if you intake a proper amount of honey . You can start your day with lukewarm water,lemon and honey for even better results as it will get you glow from inside with hydration along with that . You can also add some honey to the home made face pack
Nowadays most faced problem arises due to pollution and sunlight . These impurities gets into our skin and can make it look dull and dead and this can only be cured by regular exfoliation . It helps to scrub out all the impurities that sticks to your face in a whole day making it even more clear . So ya regular exfoliation is a must thing in every season but especially in summers as it will help remove oil from your skin which can further help in reducing pimples on your skin .
This is a very common saying ” You are what you eat ” actually it is applicable in this case too . So ya I mean to say go with green vegetables in your meal…..try keeping your diet more of green rather eating something from outside . Burger pizzas are of course tempting but you are not going to get anything else than a full stomach and a good taste especially when you are looking for healthy glowing skin . So ya if you are yet so careless about it then switch your diet from no green to yes green .
Fruits are not a part of meal but ya if you take it as a supplementing source else than a proper meal you are gonna get a super cool effect very soon . Fruits like pomegranate,grapes which has watery constituent are very effective if you are looking for hydrated skin and an inner glow so ya try keeping more and more fruits as your supplementary source .Its a secret to a glowing skin.
When we sleep our skin rejuvenates and it restores the loss during its day time so we should provide our skin with some extra care . Try applying a good moisturizer or aloevera gel or anything like that before going to bed . So that when you wake up the next morning you get a fresh moisturized glowing look and your skin can restore its loss even faster.
One thing you will get to hear everywhere where you are looking for happy skin . Summers are the time which can easily piss your skin off. It can damage your skin upto a level that you will see it dull,shine less,dead and more . 2-3 minutes under sunlight with such intensity like nowadays can also affect your skin’s luster so it would one of the biggest favor you will do to your skin . Try protecting your skin from sunlight as much as you can.
Guys I personally believe that your face says your inner feeling and trust me once you start feeling happy from inside that will make your face do the talking . So being happy or feeling of contempt will have great effect on your skin .
